  • Before taking up my position at METRO, I gained working experience in several FMCG leading companies (Ferrero, Coca Cola, Heineken, Unilever, ABSOLUT Vodka), operating with various business models across multiple sales channels.
  • I have been with MCC Italy since 2009, working, as Board Director in charge of Customer Management, Marketing, Sales Force and Delivery, Customer-Led Category Management, new concept stores and flagship stores remodeling.
  • In July 2013, I took up a new role as Corporate Project Lead to coordinate all activities related to the 50Y Anniversary program, including the launch of the new YOU&METRO Corporate Brand campaign.
  • Since March 2015, my role has been as Global Directors MCC Own Brands, with the mission to transform our Own Brands range into a key source of credibility and competitive differentiation for our Company positioning.
  • With my team, we prepared a road map for the strategic relaunch of Own Brands, built around a new brand architecture and the introduction of new flagship brands (Metro Chef, Professional,  Premium).
  • 2018 is the year of Own Brand,  with each country working to develop initiatives to activate our Own Brand  range across all touch points towards customers, employees, suppliers and the other stakeholders.
